At Aesthix Lume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the case.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or parts are missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will either send a replacement or provide a refund after verification.

Orders Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.
Once confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Customers must contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

  • Customer ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Minor variations in color or appearance

  • Items used or damaged after delivery

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–8 business days for the refund to appear.
